CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) AND DIGITALIZATION?


Hola! Good evening and assalammualaikum everyone! So, for today's topic we're gonna share a little bit about customer relationship management (CRM). I am pretty sure some of you might know about this CRM. Ok c
ustomer relationship management (CRM) is a technology for managing all the company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. The goal is simple: Improve business relationships. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. Clear enough? 

Next, CRM is a strategy that companies use to manage interactions with customers and potential customersCRM helps organisations streamline processes, build customer relationships, increase sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability. Besides that, CRM is important in running a successful business. The better the relationship, the easier it is to conduct business and generate revenue. Therefore, using technology to improve CRM makes good business sense.

Then, the best CRM software include: Salesforce.com, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Insightly, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM), and Zoho CRM. Last but not least, there are some advantages and disadvantages of mobile CRM systems, on-demand CRM systems, and open-source CRM systems but I will share about mobile CRM systems only. 

So mobile CRM systems is an interactive systems where communication related to sales, marketing and customer service activities are conducted through a mobile medium for building and maintaining customer relationship between an organisation and its customers. The advantages of it is convenience for customers and the chance to build a truly personal relationship with customers and the disadvantages are difficulty in maintaining customer expectations; that is the company must be extremely responsive to customer needs in a mobile, near-real-time environment. 




Digitalization. To be short, digitalization is when people use digital technologies to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities. Digitalizing the organization can give you a competitive advantage by doing things better, faster, and cheaper than the competition.

Next, digitalization of business helps to improve the efficiency of its process, consistency, and quality. It can integrate conventional records or files into a digitalized form, eliminating redundancies and shortening of communications chain. It is also can improve and facilitate a better informational exchange.

Then, for elements of food industry digitalization are applicable across industry and manufacturing, including food and beverage. Last but not least, there's an increased demand for variety in food &and beverage products; smart factories enable greater, cheaper customization than has ever been possible.
